One of Chamber’s key missions is to give voice to the private sector businesses and lobby on their behalf. Business sentiment and issues of interest to local businesses are collected via Chamber’s Annual Business Survey and through dialogue with members. Members are kept informed on issues and events that impact upon business growth. Chamber lobbies Government via submissions to relevant Government Departments, Public-Private Dialogue, and a monthly publication, the Monthly Focus. Chamber will also, starting in 2010, provide a useful tool to local companies and organisations: the Salaries and Benefits Survey.
