One of Chamber's key role is to assist local businesses grow. In this section are listed the trainings, courses or workshops provided by Chamber or other institutions when relevant. Chamber has always organised trainings for businesses, but in 2010 an important step forward in order to improve and systemise this service : the inauguration of TBEC - Tonga Business Enterprise Centre.

As part of the challenge of assisting private sector growth by fostering an entrepreneurship spirit in Tonga, Chamber has also initiated, in 2010, the Youth in Business Challenge, an inter-school competition that aims at teaching the future generations how to run a business by actually doing it - a priceless experience.
