“Reference” situation in specific commodity sectors of interest to the
programme. In the case of the Caribbean
· To provide a comprehensive inventory of ongoing or planned
development activities of relevance to the programme in the given region;
· To develop objectively verifiable indicators that can be used by the Coordination Unit (CU) and the PSC in monitoring overall programme performance.
