May Training Course: Intermediate Accounting training on QuickBooks & MYOB

Again Tonga Chamber of Commerce together with NZ AID and  Ministry of Training concluded another unbeaten training on QuickBooks and MYOB course on the afternoon the 15^th of May 2009 at the TCC Training Centre, Salote Road, Fasi-moe-Afi. NZ AID arranged for a professional trainer, Ms. Penny Smith from the Pennys Worth Ltd in New Zealand for this Special Course. The Certificate Presentation was presented by the NZ AID Manager Mr. Dominic Walton.

Eighteen (18) Participants from various sectors of the Private Sector participated on the first 2 days QuickBooks course and ten (10) more participated on the last 2 days MYOB course.  Even though this course was short but from the participants feedback this training was worthwhile. The Young Entrepreneurs' Scheme (YES) is conducting training for those who own or manage a small business, or who have taken steps to establish one. The course are including developing a business plan, establishing a sound accounting system, or some aspects of marketing or resource management.
